Kaizen Tools

Kaizen Tools is out at Plot No.157 in Sector-59, which is part of the Huda area. It’s a standard industrial plot, nothing fancy or decorative about it. We have a lot of tools here, stacked on metal shelves that go all the way to the ceiling. The floor is concrete, and it’s always got a few scratches and scuffs from moving heavy crates around. We start early in the morning when the air is still a bit cool. Most of our day is spent counting inventory or helping people find a specific wrench or drill bit they need for a job. It gets pretty quiet out here compared to the city center, which is nice, but the dust from the empty plots nearby blows in every time the wind picks up. We have an old desk in the corner where we do the billing, and the chair squeaks every time you sit down. It’s just a few of us working here. We don't really do much in the way of advertising; people usually find us because they’re working on a project nearby and heard we have what they need. Sometimes we run out of certain items and have to wait for the next shipment, which can be frustrating, but that’s just how the supply chain works. We keep things simple and just focus on the tools. By the time we close up, the sun is usually setting over the industrial park.
