If you ever find yourself on Neelam Bata Road in Nit, you’ll see Shunham Tower standing there, and we are right up on the first floor. It’s a busy building with a lot of different offices, so there’s always someone new in the hallway or waiting for the elevator. We focus on sales, which means the phones are almost never quiet and there is always someone coming in to ask about prices or availability of parts. The area is quite industrial and fast-paced, so we have to keep up with everyone else around here. Our office isn't very large, so we have to be careful about how we stack the boxes and where we put the filing cabinets. Sometimes the noise from the street below is so loud we have to close the windows, even when it’s warm inside. We’ve got a small team, just a few of us who have worked together for a long time, so we know each other's habits pretty well. It’s a lot of hustle and bustle, and by the end of the day, we are usually pretty tired from all the talking and the paperwork. We don't have any big corporate mission or anything like that, we just want to make sure the customers get what they ordered without any trouble. It’s practical work and we try to do it as honestly as we can in this busy part of town, even when things get a bit chaotic.
