Sai Ram Technology

Our little setup is at Iii-D/11 in the Nehru Nagar neighborhood. It’s a standard residential-turned-commercial street where things are always happening. We focus on technology services, which mostly means we spend our time fixing gadgets and helping people with their computer problems. The shop isn't very large, so we have to be careful about where we put things. There are always a few towers or laptops sitting on the counter waiting for attention. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know how to handle the hardware. We’ve been at this address for several years and have seen the shops around us change quite a bit. Inside, it’s usually quiet except for the sound of some music or the humming of the fans. We drink a lot of chai throughout the day to keep us going. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we're usually too busy with the work to worry about that. It’s a very straightforward place. If someone has a broken screen or a slow machine, they bring it in, and we see what we can do. We don't use a lot of technical jargon with the people who come in. We just try to explain things in plain English so they know what’s going on with their stuff. It’s a humble business, and we like the pace of things here in Nehru Nagar.
