We are located over in Nit-5. It is a decent area for a business like Sai Nath Stones & Gems Pvt. Ltd. because it is easy to find if you know your way around this part of town. Our space is filled with all sorts of materials we work with every day. It’s not a big showroom with bright lights; it’s more of a working office and storage area where the real work happens. You’ll usually find someone sorting through things or answering the phone. We don't spend much money on decorations or making the place look trendy. We just focus on the stones and gems we have in stock. The floor is usually a bit dusty from the crates moving in and out. It’s a practical way to run things. Most of our neighbors are also doing their own thing, so we all kind of look out for each other. Sometimes the lunch break lasts a bit longer if we get talking about the weather or the news. We don't have a big corporate structure here. It’s just us doing the job and making sure the orders are handled right. Some days are long, especially when a big shipment arrives and we have to move everything by hand. We’ve been in Nit-5 for a while and the routine stays pretty much the same day to day. We don't really have a lot of visitors, but when we do, we just pull up a spare chair and offer them some water. It's a bit cramped in here with all the crates.
