You can find Yash Tiles & Sanitary at Plot No 131 in Sector 91. We are right on the Main Road in Surya Colony, Sehatpur. It is a good location because people can see the tile displays from the street. We have a lot of different patterns and styles of tiles leaning against the walls and stacked in the back. It is a lot of heavy lifting, moving those crates around every time a new shipment arrives. Besides the tiles, we have a section for sanitary ware like sinks and toilets. It is not the most glamorous business, but everyone needs a bathroom that works. The Main Road gets pretty busy, so there is always a bit of a struggle with parking for the delivery trucks. We just do our best to manage it. Most of our customers are folks from Surya Colony who are renovating their bathrooms or maybe building a small addition. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just show people what we have in stock and tell them the price. Sometimes we have to explain that a certain tile might take a few days to arrive if it's not currently in the shed. It is just a straightforward way of doing things. We are usually here from morning until the evening, mostly just chatting with customers and keeping the floor clean from all the foot traffic and the dust that comes in from the road.
