S P Infocom is situated right on the main road in Ashoka Enclave, Sector 35. Our address is number 250, and it’s a pretty easy place to spot if you’re driving by. The office is set up to handle all sorts of communication and information tasks. We have a row of computers and some networking gear stacked in the back. It’s not a very big team here, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. The main road can be quite noisy with all the cars and horns, but once we’re inside and working, we don’t notice it much. Our desks are usually covered in post-it notes and various cables that we haven’t put away yet. We don't really have a polished corporate look; it’s more about having a functional space where we can get things done. Most of our day is spent talking to people or troubleshooting things on the screen. We have a small pantry where we make coffee, which is pretty much essential for us. Sometimes the power goes out in Sector 35, and we just have to wait it out or use the backup generator. It’s a straightforward way to spend the work week. We’ve been in this spot for a while and have seen the enclave grow around us. We just show up every morning, open the shutters, and get to work on whatever is on the list for that day without any fuss.
