Our place is located in Sector 3 of the H. B Colony in Faridabad. It’s a residential-style area, so it’s pretty quiet compared to the main roads. We’ve been at 2365 for some time now. It’s a basic building, nothing that stands out too much from the street. Inside, we have our desks and equipment set up. We usually start early in the morning before it gets too hot. Most of the guys here live nearby, so we’re all locals. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you knock, one of us will just come to the door. We deal with various system tasks throughout the week. Sometimes it’s slow, other times we’re running around trying to catch up. We keep a stash of tea and biscuits in the back for breaks. It’s a very normal, local operation. We don’t do big presentations. If there’s a problem, we look at it and try to figure out a solution. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet. We're more concerned with the work on the screens. It’s a practical environment for people who just want to get things sorted without any fuss or corporate talk. That’s how we like it. We usually leave the windows open for a breeze even if it gets a little dusty. It just feels more natural that way.
