Richa Global

Our place is located in Faridabad, right near the Fruit Garden. It’s a decent area, though sometimes the smell of the market is the first thing you notice in the morning. We’ve been operating Richa Global from this spot for some time. It isn't a massive complex or anything like that. It’s more of a functional space where we handle our daily tasks. Most of the people working here live nearby in Haryana, so we have a pretty local feel. We don't have a lot of formal rules about how things look, as long as the work gets finished. Some days are quieter than others, especially when the weather is hot and everyone is just trying to stay cool inside. We deal with whatever comes our way, whether it's a stack of new orders or just cleaning up the office. We aren’t really into those big business presentations. We’d rather just talk to people plainly. The office has seen better days, maybe needs a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We know where everything is, and that’s what matters. Being near the Fruit Garden is a nice landmark for when we have to give directions to delivery drivers who always seem to get lost in these lanes. It's just a regular workplace with regular people trying to do a good job. We just keep our heads down and work.
