Rashy Telecom

We are Rashy Telecom, located on Air Force Road 2 in Faridabad City. Being near the Air Force area, we get a mix of different people coming through. The shop is a basic telecom store. We have shelves lined with mobile covers and different types of headphones. It’s a practical place. We focus on getting people's phones back in working order. The street outside can get a bit noisy, but we are used to it by now. My cousin and I run the place together. We start the day around 10 AM usually. We don't have a big fancy sign, just the name above the door. Most of our work is dealing with SIM card issues or selling basic handsets. We keep some of the newer smartphones too, but the budget ones sell more. There’s a small stool in the corner for anyone who needs to wait while we check their phone. We use a couple of small screwdrivers and some tools for the repairs. It’s not high-tech, just what works. We don’t use scripts or corporate talk. If someone asks a question, we just answer it honestly. Sometimes we can't fix something, and we just say so. It’s a honest way to work. The shop is our daily life. We've been on Air Force Road 2 for a while and plan to stay. Most of our customers come from the nearby residential blocks.
