Raju Wonder World

Over on New Colony Road in Palwal, you’ll find Raju Wonder World. Despite the name, we aren't some giant theme park. We are just a local shop that carries a bit of everything. It’s a bit of a jumble inside, with shelves stacked high with all sorts of household items and toys. We like to think of it as a place where you can find that one random thing you forgot you needed. The floors are a bit worn down from people coming in and out all day. We’ve been part of this community for a while, and we know most of the families around here. It gets quite noisy in the afternoons when the kids come by after school. We don't have a fancy computer system to track everything; we still do a lot of things the old-fashioned way with a pen and a notebook. It works for us. The shop can get a bit warm in the afternoons because the sun hits the front window directly. We just keep the fan going and stay busy. We aren't trying to compete with the big malls or online stores. We’re just here on the road, keeping the doors open and helping our neighbors out. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late and we have boxes sitting in the aisles, but we clear them out as fast as we can. It’s just a normal, hardworking shop in a normal neighborhood.
