Raj Communication sits right on Mathura Road in Barh Mohalla 41284. If you know the area, you know how busy the road gets with all the trucks and cars passing by. We opened up here because it’s a good spot for people to stop while they’re on their way somewhere else. Most of what we do is just helping folks with their mobile phones. Whether it’s a new cover or a recharge that didn’t go through, we handle it. The shop is small and the shelves are a bit crowded with different chargers and earphones. It’s not a big corporate store. It’s just us. Some days it’s really quiet and we just sit and watch the traffic on Mathura Road. Other days, four people walk in at once and everyone wants something different. We do our best to help everyone out without making them wait too long. We’ve been in Barh Mohalla for a bit now and we like the people here. They’re straightforward. We don’t have a big team or fancy uniforms. Usually, I’m just wearing whatever was clean that morning. It’s a practical business for a practical neighborhood. We’re usually open until late because people always need help with their phones after work. We just keep the door open and wait for whoever comes in next for help.
