Our office is actually inside a house, House No. 1119 in Sector-17, Faridabad. It’s a residential area, so it’s pretty quiet compared to the main roads in Haryana. We turned part of the house into an office for Quexst India Pvt Solutions. It works well for us because we don’t like the noise of the big industrial zones. We have our computers and desks set up in the main rooms. It’s a small team here, so we all know what everyone else is working on. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks a lot during our calls, but that's just how it is working in a house. We do a lot of our work online, so as long as the internet is running, we are good to go. We usually have tea together in the kitchen area around eleven. It's a very relaxed way to work. We don't wear suits or anything like that. People who come to visit us sometimes get confused because it looks like a regular home from the outside. We’ve been here for a while and the location is convenient for most of us. There’s a nice garden out front that we try to keep tidy, though the weeds usually win in the summer. It’s a simple way to run a business and we find it much better than being in a crowded office block.
