Q Tech Systems

Q Tech Systems is based at No. 343 in Sector 55. It’s more of a residential-style building that we’ve converted into our workspace. It feels a bit like working from a home, which makes the atmosphere pretty relaxed compared to a high-rise office. We use the ground floor for most of the technical equipment and the main work area. There’s a small yard out front where we sometimes take a break to get some fresh air. The inside is a bit of a maze with all the wires and spare monitors we’ve collected over the years. We mostly handle local tech systems and help out with hardware issues. It’s just a few of us here every day, so we’ve become a tight group. We don’t have a receptionist, so if the bell rings, whoever is closest to the door goes to see who it is. Most of our day is spent troubleshooting problems that people bring to us or working on remote systems. It’s not the kind of place where you’d find a lot of polish or branding. Everything is chosen because it works, not because it looks good. We often stay late if a job isn't finished, and since we're in Sector 55, it’s usually pretty quiet in the evenings. It’s a straightforward setup for people who just want to get tech work done without any fuss. The neighbors are nice and they don't mind the extra cars in the street.
