Punjabi Nature

Punjabi Nature is located at 5-L/167 on KC Road in Faridabad. Our spot is right opposite the Mutton Market in the NIT area. It is a very busy part of town with a lot of noise and people moving around. The market brings in a lot of crowds every single day. We are in the 121001 pin code area. The building we are in is quite old but it has a lot of character. We spend most of our time in the back where the cooking happens. The front of the shop is where we keep the register and a few chairs for people to wait. It gets very dusty because of the main road, so we are always wiping things down with a cloth. We don't have any big corporate signs or fancy lights. It is just a regular local business. We know the other shopkeepers around the Mutton Market. We talk to them in the mornings when we are setting up our stuff. The traffic on KC Road can be quite bad in the evenings. You can hear the horns honking all the time. We are used to it by now. It’s just the sound of the city. We work long hours, from early morning until the market starts to close down at night. We don't have a big team of people. It’s just a few of us making sure everything is ready. It's a simple life for us here in Faridabad.
