We are based out of House Number 2370 in Jawahar Colony. It's right on Air Force Road in Faridabad. If you're from around here, you know it's a busy part of the NIT area. We’ve been running things from this spot for a while. It’s more of a home-turned-office vibe, which is fine by us. We handle a lot of the digital service requests that come in from the local area. There's always someone coming or going. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait a bit, but that's just life here. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. Most of our work comes from people just knowing we are here. The staff is mostly local guys. We keep things pretty straightforward. There’s a lot of paper and computers everywhere. It can get a bit loud with the traffic on Air Force Road, but we’re used to it. We try to be helpful when people walk in with questions about their e-services. It’s not a complicated operation. We just do what needs to be done. The office has seen better days, maybe, but it’s functional and we keep it as tidy as we can. We like the neighborhood. It’s got everything we need within walking distance. We just keep our heads down and work on whatever comes across our desks each day.
