We drink a lot of chai from the local vendor while we work. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we never seem to find the time between all the deadlines. We aren't trying to be the next big global firm; we're just a group of people who are good with technology and like solving problems for our customers. People from the neighborhood know us, and we get a lot of walk-ins asking for tech advice. It’s a very grounded environment. We don't use fancy jargon when we talk to people. We just explain what we’re doing in plain English. It’s just how we operate here in Lucknow. The tea guy knows our order by heart now, which is a nice touch.
