Our office, Parsons Technologies Pvt Ltd, is located at B-11 in Ashoka Enclave II, over in Sector 37 of Faridabad. It’s a residential-feeling area but with a lot of small businesses like ours mixed in. We’ve been here at this address for several years. The space is basically a converted floor where we’ve set up our workstations and a small meeting table that’s usually covered in blueprints or technical drawings. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which is good because we need to concentrate. We don't have any shiny signs or a glass front. If you walk past, you might just think it’s another house until you see the small nameplate by the bell. Inside, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional phone call. We handle a lot of the technical side of things for various clients. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just part of living in Faridabad. Our furniture is a bit mismatched, mostly stuff we picked up over the years as we grew. We don't spend much on decor because we're usually too busy with the actual work. It’s a straightforward place. We come in, do the day's tasks, and head home. There’s no corporate hierarchy here; we all just pitch in where it's needed. Sometimes the neighbor's dog barks a lot, but we just get on with things anyway.
