Om Sai Communication

Om Sai Communication is tucked away in Faridabad N I T, specifically at BP 5A/13. It’s a busy little corner of the world. We deal with all sorts of phone stuff every day. People come in looking for a new SIM card or maybe just to pay a bill they forgot about. We have a lot of regular customers from the neighborhood who stop by just to say hello while they are out doing their shopping. The shop isn't very large so when three or four people are inside at once it feels pretty full. We try to keep the shelves organized but with so many different types of covers and cables it’s a constant battle. We don't have any corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to make sure the person walking out of the door is happy with what they got. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a ten-minute break. That’s about as formal as it gets around here. The NIT area is always buzzing and we are right in the middle of that energy. We’ve had the same sign out front for years and it’s a bit faded now but everyone knows it’s us. It’s a simple business run by people who live right nearby. We don't overcomplicate things. If you need help with your mobile, you just come in and we talk about what is wrong with it.
