Om India

You can find us right on Link Road 1106/2, inside the Maharaja Agrasen Bazar. If you know the bazar, you know how crowded it gets, especially on the weekends. We’ve been running Om India from this spot for years. The shop isn't huge, but we pack it with as much stock as we can. It’s usually a bit of a squeeze when more than two people are inside. We mostly sell everyday items that people in the neighborhood need. It's noisy out on the street with all the rickshaws and people shouting, but that's just how the market is. We open up early and stay until the lights in the bazar start going out. There’s no big management team or anything here. It’s just us behind the counter. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors and the other shopkeepers nearby. Sometimes we sit outside on a stool when it's slow. We don't do any big advertising or anything fancy. People just know we are here on the Link Road. We try to keep things simple. If we have what you need, great. If not, we might know who does. It’s a plain shop with old shelves and a lot of history in these walls. We like being part of the Maharaja Agrasen Bazar community.
