Our address is 3A/117, located in the N I T area of Faridabad. It is a straightforward place. We have been here for a good while, and most of the locals in 3A know where we are. It is not a very large building, but it fits what we do. Every morning we roll up the shutters and start the day. The street outside is usually full of bikes and people heading to work. Inside, it is a mix of desks and some equipment. We don't have a big reception or anything like that. You just walk in and someone is there to help. We spend a lot of time on the phone or working on the machines. It is the kind of place where your hands get a bit dirty by lunch. Faridabad N I T has a lot of businesses like ours, so we are in good company. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common around here, so we just take a break and sit outside for a bit until it comes back. We don't have a lot of rules, we just know what needs to be done by the end of the day. It’s a very practical way to work. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we are too busy to worry about that. We just focus on the orders we have and making sure they are right. It is a quiet but steady life here at 3A/117.
