N Connect

N Connect is located in Faridabad at N I T, specifically at 5l/8a. We are a small business that deals with connectivity and communication services for the people in the local area. The N I T area is quite well-known and it can get very busy during the day with shoppers and traffic. Our shop is just a basic space where we set up our equipment and handle customer requests. We do not have a big staff, just a few people who know the technical side of things and how to fix problems. Most days are spent troubleshooting issues or helping people get their internet connections set up. The space is often filled with cables, routers, and various tools, which might look a bit messy to some, but it is just how we work. We are not into big sales pitches or polished corporate presentations. People usually come to us when they have a technical problem or need a new connection for their home or small office nearby. We try to be as helpful as possible without making things too complicated for the customer. Sometimes the work takes us out of the shop to different customer locations around Faridabad. It is a local business through and through. We have been at 5l/8a for a while now and have gotten to know the other shop owners in the vicinity. We do not have a fancy website or a huge social media presence. Most of our work comes from people in the neighborhood who know our name.
