You can find us over at B-46, 7 in the city of Faridabad. Mindgrok Private Limited has been operating out of this specific spot for quite a while now. Faridabad is not as flashy as some of the other cities around this region, but it definitely works for us and what we do. The office is a bit old-school, with simple wooden furniture and not much in the way of modern decor or fancy art on the walls. We spend most of our time at B-46 staring at computer monitors and trying to figure out why things are not working the way they should. It is just a small team, so we all know each other pretty well by now. There is no big HR department or formal board meetings held here. We usually just shout across the room if we need to ask someone a question or share some news. Sometimes it gets a little messy with piles of papers and tangled cables everywhere, but we usually know where everything is kept. We do not try to impress people with big words or polished business presentations. We are just local people doing our tech work. Lunch is usually whatever we can find at the local stalls nearby or something brought from home in a tiffin box. The neighborhood is okay, a bit dusty sometimes when the wind picks up, but it is home. We have a rhythm here that keeps us going through the week.
