Metadia Software Private Limited is tucked away in Gali No 3 over in Shiv Colony. If you know where the New Oxford Convent School is in Faridabad, we are basically right there. It’s a busy little neighborhood. We aren’t in some high-rise building with elevators and security guards. Instead, we work out of 114A. It feels more like a home than a cold office, which suits us fine. We spend our time on software stuff, mostly looking at code and trying to fix things that aren't working right. The street outside is usually full of life, with kids going to school and people heading to work. Inside, it’s just us and our computers. We started this company because we wanted to work for ourselves in our own town. Faridabad is where we grew up, so staying here in Haryana made sense. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture or a coffee machine that makes lattes. Usually, someone just goes out and grabs tea for everyone from the local stall. It’s a basic setup but it works for what we need to do. We don't spend much time talking about business strategy or anything like that.
