We’ve been in Faridabad at this B 1320 address for a good while now. It’s not a flashy place, just a simple office where we get our work done. Melloit Technologies Llp started because a couple of us wanted to build things our own way without all the corporate rules. Most days, you’ll find us sitting around the big table with our laptops, drinking way too much tea and trying to figure out why a piece of software isn't doing what it's supposed to do. We don't have fancy furniture or a big sign outside. It’s just a quiet spot in Sffaridabad where we can focus. The commute can be a pain sometimes, but we’re used to it. We don't really do the whole 'business meeting' thing unless we absolutely have to. Usually, we just talk across the room if something comes up. It’s a bit messy, with wires everywhere and stacks of old hard drives in the corner. It works for us. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do decent work and pay the bills. If you stop by, don’t expect a lobby with a receptionist. You’ll probably just see one of us opening the door while trying to balance a phone and a notepad. It’s just how we run things here. We keep it practical and honest, without any of the extra fluff you find in bigger cities.
