You can find us right along Mathura Road at 14/3 here in Faridabad. Medhya Tech is a small operation, mostly just a few of us handling the daily grind of tech work. Being located near the main road means there is always noise from the traffic, but we’ve gotten used to it. We started this because we liked working for ourselves and wanted to see what we could do in the local market. It’s not a huge company with a thousand employees. It’s just an OPC, which means things are kept pretty tight and personal. We deal with various technical tasks that come our way from the surrounding area. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our desks, drinking tea and looking at monitors. The 121003 area of Haryana is a good spot to be, even if the road gets blocked up sometimes during rush hour. We don’t have a lot of rules about what people wear or how they talk, as long as the projects move forward. It’s practical work. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches. We just tell people what we do and then we try to do it right. Sometimes we make mistakes, but we fix them and keep going. That’s how we’ve always handled things since we opened the doors here on Mathura Road.
