Maithil Communication

Maithil Communication is located right on Kithwari Road in Palwal. It’s not a huge place, but we fit a lot into it. We’ve been operating from this spot for quite some time. Most of our day is spent helping people with their mobile connections and fixing small issues. Kithwari Road is always active, so there’s usually someone popping in to ask a question or buy a top-up. We keep a variety of accessories like earphones and screen guards. I usually start the day by sweeping the front and getting the computer started. It’s a straightforward business. We don't use big advertisements or anything. People just know we are here. Sometimes it gets crowded when three or four people come in at once, but we manage. The shelves are mostly full of boxes for different phone models. We talk to our neighbors a lot. The tea stall nearby brings over snacks in the afternoon. It’s a local life. We handle things like porting numbers or selling new SIM cards. It’s not complicated work, but it keeps us busy from morning until late evening. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but for now, they hold up the shelves just fine. We just try to get the jobs done so people can get back to their day. We usually close up around nine in the evening. That’s the way it is at our shop.
