Jiyoun System

We operate out of house number 1632 in Section 16 of Faridabad. It is a pretty standard setup for a business in this part of Haryana. We have our desks and computers set up in the rooms and it stays fairly busy throughout the week. The team usually gets in around nine and we start going through whatever tasks came in from the day before. It’s not a huge office building with a lobby or anything like that, it’s just a practical space where we can get our work done without too many distractions. Most of the guys live around Faridabad so the commute isn't too bad for them. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and talking about how to fix certain technical issues. It’s the kind of place where everyone knows each other’s names and we usually just eat lunch together at the main table. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate rules that don't make sense. We just focus on the systems we are building and make sure they actually work like they are supposed to. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, but we just deal with it and keep moving. It is a quiet street for the most part, which helps when you need to concentrate. We are just a local group of people doing our thing and trying to stay productive every day.
