Ess Ess Ceratech

We've been around Jawahar Colony N. I. T. for a while now. Most people know us as Ess Ess Ceratech. It’s just a small place at No. 648/2. We deal with ceramic stuff and technical materials because that’s what we know best. My uncle started things and now we just keep it going day by day. It gets dusty in the shop sometimes but we don't mind. People come in looking for specific parts for their projects and we try to find what they need in the back. Sometimes the inventory is a bit of a mess, but we usually find it eventually. It’s not a fancy showroom or anything like that. We just have shelves full of industrial ceramics and heat-resistant items. If you're driving through the colony, you've probably passed us. We open early most mornings because the local contractors like to stop by before their shifts start. We don't really do big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people telling their neighbors about us. It's a simple setup. We handle the orders, load the trucks, and make sure everything is accounted for. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We just focus on getting the right supplies to the right people without making a big fuss about it. It works for us and it seems to work for the folks around here too.
