We operate out of 2503 in Parvatiya Colony, which is in the NIT area of Faridabad. It is a busy part of town with a lot of small shops and houses all mixed together. Our office is a straightforward place where we get our work done. We have been here at I.S.C.I.T for several years now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to worry about that. There is always something going on in the colony, so it’s never quiet. We have a couple of rooms filled with equipment and files. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have all our staff in at the same time, but we make it work. Most of our days are spent fixing problems and talking to clients on the phone. We don't use any fancy talk here. We just tell people how it is and try to help them out. The power goes out sometimes in the afternoon, so we have a backup that kicks in with a loud hum. It’s just a regular part of working in this part of Faridabad. We know most of the people on the street and we often grab lunch from the small dhaba around the corner. It’s an honest way to make a living and we are glad to be part of this community. We keep things simple and practical every day.
