We are based in Ghaziabad, specifically at 1019/3 in Vasundhra. The area here in Uttar Pradesh is quite different from the downtown hubs. It’s a mix of different types of buildings and a lot of activity on the roads. Our spot is straightforward to find once you get into the 3 Vasundhra section. The weather gets really hot here in the summer, so we spend a lot of time making sure the cooling is working so we can actually focus on our work. The building itself is sturdy and does the job for us. We don’t have any flashy decorations or a big front desk. It’s mostly just desks, chairs, and our equipment spread out where it fits best. Sometimes the dust from the road outside gets in, so we have to wipe things down fairly often. There’s a bit of a buzz in the morning when everyone is arriving and the street starts to wake up. We usually grab some tea from the nearby stalls when we need a break. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is just on getting through the day’s tasks. We’ve been at this address for a bit now, and we’ve gotten to know the neighbors in the other units. It’s not a fancy corporate park, just a regular street with people working hard. We like the honesty of the place and how everything is within reach if we need something. It’s just how we do things here.
