Hot & Tasty Chinese Food

We've been at shop number 115 in Ballabhgarh for a while now. It's right near the Syndicate Bank in Sector 3. People usually find us by looking for that bank first. Our place isn't fancy or anything. Just a kitchen where we make Chinese food every day. Most of the time it's just us back there chopping vegetables or working the pans. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, especially in Faridabad summers, but we stay open anyway. We open up the shutters early to get ready. Sometimes the delivery guys hang out near the entrance waiting for orders. You might see a few chairs inside if you want to sit down, but a lot of people just take their food home. We use local ingredients we find around the market here. The street outside can get busy with traffic and people walking to the bank. It's a small spot, nothing too big. We just focus on getting the food out to whoever comes by. My hands are usually busy with the orders so I don't get much time to talk, but we know the regulars who live around Ballabhgarh. We've got the 121004 area covered pretty well. It is just a simple food stall vibe. We try to keep things moving so nobody has to wait too long out in the sun. The floor is concrete and we have to sweep it a few times a day because of the dust from the road.
