You can find us at 1-C/43 in Faridabad City NIT, not too far from Bata Chowk. It’s a lively area to be in. At Heera Power Tools, we are surrounded by all kinds of machinery. We have drills, grinders, saws, and all the stuff you’d expect. The shop has that smell of new metal and oil, which I guess you get used to. We spend our days showing people how the different tools work or helping them find a spare part for an old machine they’ve had for years. It’s not a polished showroom like you see in the mall. It’s a working shop. We have tools laid out on the counters and boxes stacked up in the back. Bata Chowk is a landmark that everyone knows, so it makes it easy for people to find us. We’ve been here for a good while and have a lot of regulars who come in whenever they need something for a job. We don't have any big mission statements or anything like that. We just know our tools and we help the people who come through the door. It gets a bit chaotic when the shop is full, but we manage. It’s just us doing our thing, selling power tools and making sure they work like they are supposed to. It’s a straightforward way to make a living.
