Hcl Technologies

Hcl Technologies is found at 801 - Lily Tower, which is inside the Green Valley Apartments in Sec 41-42. This is near the Greenfields area of Faridabad. Being in an apartment complex makes the work environment feel a bit different than a standard office building. We are up on the eighth floor, so we get a pretty good view of the surrounding trees and other buildings. The space inside is divided into different sections for the computers and the servers. We have a lot of cables running along the floor and tucked under the desks to keep things powered up. The elevators are sometimes slow in the morning when everyone is trying to get to their floor. We usually have a pot of coffee going in the corner because it helps us stay awake during long stretches of coding or fixing systems. Most of us wear casual clothes like jeans and t-shirts unless there is a specific reason not to. The atmosphere is generally quiet because everyone is focused on their own screen. We don’t have much in the way of decorations, just some whiteboards with scribbles on them. Sometimes we walk over to the Greenfields market area for a quick snack or to clear our heads. It’s a decent place to work and we have all the tools we need right here in Lily Tower. We just keep our heads down and handle the tech stuff that comes our way every single day.
