Hartman Food Resturent

Hartman Food Resturent is located at shop no -12 on the main road in Green Fields Colony. If you know Faridabad, you know this area stays busy with cars and people moving toward the nearby Gurdwara. I spend most of my time behind the counter or checking on the pots in the back. The kitchen is small, so we have to be very organized, or we just bump into each other. We get a lot of locals who live in the colony stopping by because it’s convenient on their way home. The street noise is constant, and sometimes the dust from the road comes in, so I’m always wiping down the tables with a damp cloth. It’s not a fancy place with decorations, just some plain tables and chairs where you can sit down for a quick meal. I try to keep the menu simple because it’s just easier to manage that way. Some mornings I’m late opening up because the milk delivery was delayed, but the neighbors understand. We’ve become a bit of a fixture on this stretch of the road. It’s hard work, and my back usually aches by the time we close up at night, but it’s what I do. I’ve lived in Faridabad for years, and running this shop in Green Fields feels like a normal part of my life now. We just focus on the cooking and keeping the floor clean for the next person who walks in.
