GREEN SIMSIM STONE & AGGREGATES is located at Plot No. B-28 in Madhuban Colony. We are right by the Lanka Gate on Silor Road. It is a very busy spot with a lot of dust in the air from the stone piles. We spend our whole day dealing with gravel, crushed stone, and other building materials. It’s not the kind of job where you can stay clean. The office is just a small room at the edge of the plot. We have a big scale for the trucks and a lot of logbooks. Most of our time is spent talking to the drivers and making sure they are taking the right material to the right site. The sun is really harsh out here in the open yard, so we drink a lot of chai and water. We don't have any flashy signs or slogans. The business is just what you see—big piles of stone and some hard-working people. Sometimes the machines break down and we have to fix them ourselves. It’s a bit of a headache but it saves money. We don't do any corporate branding. We just provide the stone people need for their roads and buildings. It’s a honest day's work and we go home tired every evening. That is the way we’ve always done things. Nothing is polished here except maybe some of the river stones.
