Glauben It Services Private Limited is based out of a house in Springfield Colony. Specifically, we are at house number 10, block 11, on the second floor. It’s right there in the Sector 31 and 32 area of Faridabad. Working out of a residential-style building gives the whole place a different feel than a typical office park. It’s a bit more personal and less cold. We’ve been in Faridabad for a while now and we like the pace of things here. Our team handles various IT tasks, mostly just fixing things or building systems for our clients. There isn’t any corporate hierarchy where you have to jump through hoops to talk to someone. If there’s a problem, we just sit down and talk about it until it’s fixed. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, which helps when we’re deep into some coding or technical troubleshooting. We aren’t trying to change the world or anything; we just want to provide a reliable service and make a living. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but that’s just part of life here in Haryana. We take it as it comes. It’s a small operation, and we like keeping it that way because it lets us focus on the actual work instead of endless meetings.
