Friend Associates

Our office is Friend Associates, and you can find us at 8 Civil Lines or over at B-240 in Super Mart 1. Most people know Super Mart 1 in DLF Phase 4 because it is such a popular spot for shopping and eating. It gets really busy, especially on the weekends, but we are there throughout the week. We’ve been working in this area for quite some time now. We don't really do anything too complicated. People come to us when they are looking for a house or maybe some office space in Gurgaon. We have a lot of conversations about the different phases and what the current prices are like. It is a lot of talking and a lot of waiting for people to show up for appointments. Sometimes they are late because of the traffic on the main roads, which we totally understand. Our office is a simple place where we keep our files and drink a lot of coffee while we work. We don't use any fancy brochures or big promises. We just look at what is available and see if it works for the person asking. It is a bit of a juggle sometimes, trying to manage different listings, but we enjoy being in the middle of all the action at the Super Mart. It’s a lively place to work every day and we see a lot of familiar faces coming through.
