Flying Tandoor

We operate out of Booth Number 125 in Faridabad Sector 15. It is a small space, but we make it work every day. The tandoor is the center of everything here, and it stays hot from the afternoon until we close up at night. You can feel the heat as soon as you step inside the booth. We spend a lot of our time kneading dough and getting the meat ready for the skewers. It’s a busy little area of Sector 15, so there is always someone walking by or leaning on the counter while they wait. We don’t have a lot of room for sitting, so most people just grab their food and head home. The walls are a bit stained from the smoke, but that’s just how it goes with a clay oven. We aren't a big fancy outfit, just a few of us working in a tight space. We know most of the neighbors and the other shop owners around here. When the sun goes down, the street gets a bit more lively. We keep the coals glowing and just keep moving. Sometimes we run out of things early if it's a busy Friday. We don't have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just open the shutter, light the fire, and start cooking for whoever shows up at the window. It takes a while for the oven to cool down after we put the fire out for the night.
