Feramonics Technologies (Opc) Private Limited

Our office is at E-33 in the Awho Colony, over in Sector-29 of Faridabad. It’s more of a residential-feeling area compared to the big industrial parks, which we actually quite like. Feramonics Technologies (Opc) Private Limited is a pretty tight operation here. We handle various tech tasks and development projects from this office in Faridabad-121003. It’s a bit different working in a colony like this; it feels a bit more like a community. We know the neighbors and the local shops where we get our daily tea. The office itself is just a few rooms filled with computers and whiteboards. We use the whiteboards a lot to sketch out ideas that don't always make sense at first. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with wires everywhere and piles of paperwork on the side tables, but we know where everything is. This part of Haryana is a bit more laid back than Gurgaon, which suits us just fine. We don't try to act like a big global firm. We are just local people working on technology. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, but we just use that time to stretch our legs and talk. It’s a very human way of working. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to polish our image. We just work hard at what we know and try to keep things moving forward as best as we can.
