Edlab Infotech is located at Shop Number 4 on the ground floor of the Spring Field Colony Shopping Center. We are right in Old Faridabad, which is a busy area with a lot of history and constant activity. Being in a shopping center means we see a lot of people passing by our windows every day. It’s a small shop, but it’s enough space for what we do. We focus on info-tech services and helping people with their digital needs. It’s not a big corporate office with receptionists and elevators; it’s just a front door you can walk into from the street. We’ve been here for a while now and most of the other shop owners around here know us by name. We do things like software help and general tech support for whoever comes in. Sometimes the shopping center gets pretty loud, especially on weekends, but we’ve gotten used to it. We don't use any complicated jargon when we talk to our customers about their problems. We just explain things simply so everyone understands. It’s a practical way to run a business. We like being in Old Faridabad because it feels more real than the newer developments. There is a lot of character in these streets. We work hard to make sure we are providing something useful to the local community. We aren't trying to be some massive tech giant. We are just local people working in a shop, trying to help.
