This is our branch over in Faridabad, specifically in Ballabgarh, Sector 4R. It’s a different vibe than the Delhi office. We are at house number 28. It’s a quiet enough street most days, which helps when you need to concentrate on software development. We handle a lot of the technical support from this location. The team here is small, just a few people who know the software really well. We spend a lot of time on the phone or on remote calls helping people figure out why their program isn't doing what it should. It can be a bit repetitive, but it is what we do. The office isn't anything special to look at, just desks, chairs, and some servers humming in the corner. We get some dusty days here in Haryana, so we have to keep the equipment covered up. We usually bring our lunch from home and eat together at the main table. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just do the work that comes in and try to keep our users happy. Ballabgarh has changed a lot over the years, with more buildings going up, but our little corner remains pretty much the same. We focus on being reliable so that when a client has a problem, they know they can just reach out and we will pick up. We aren't fancy, just a few guys working on computers all day long.
