E- Funds International

The office is at House No. 742 in Sector 29 over in Faridabad. It’s a residential sector, so the vibe is pretty quiet compared to the main markets. E- Funds International is what we call the business, and we handle a lot of the back-end stuff here. Since it’s a house, it doesn't really feel like those big cold offices in the city center. We’ve got a few rooms set up with desks and filing cabinets. Usually, there are three or four of us here during the day, just going through records and making sure the numbers add up. The neighborhood is mostly families, so you hear kids playing outside or the vegetable seller going by in the afternoons. We don’t have a big fancy entrance or a lobby with a couch. If someone needs to see us, they just come to the front gate. We deal with international funds and transactions, which sounds complicated, but it’s mostly just a lot of data entry and checking screens. The power in Haryana can be a bit tricky in the summer, so we have a generator that kicks in so we don't lose our work. It’s a very basic way of working, but it works for us. We stay busy with the daily tasks and then lock up and go home like everyone else in the sector. There’s a small park nearby where we sometimes go for a quick walk.
