Dinesh Telecom is located on Rasulpur Road in Palwal. It’s a spot where people stop by for all sorts of small things they need for their phones. We keep a variety of recharges, some basic headsets, and those plastic cases that everyone seems to need these days. The shop isn't very large, but we try to make use of every inch of shelf space we have. You’ll usually find us sitting behind the counter, helping someone figure out why their SIM card isn't working or putting a new screen protector on a phone. Rasulpur Road is always busy with bikes and cars, so there is a lot of noise and dust coming in from the front door. We don't have a fancy website or anything. Most people just know us because they walk past every day on their way to work or home. We’ve seen a lot of different phones come and go over the years. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk to the neighbors, and other days everyone seems to run out of balance at the same time. We just do our best to keep the small things in stock that people are looking for. It’s a simple way to make a living, just being there on the road for the local folks who need a quick fix or a top-up. We don’t make a big deal out of it, we just open up in the morning and stay until late.
