Our office is tucked away in the 3rd floor of the Special Market near Amartex in Old Faridabad. It’s an older building, so it has some character, though the stairs can be a bit much if the lift isn't working right. Cwe Technology started because we wanted to do something local. We don't have a big corporate headquarters in a glass tower. We just have this spot in the market where we can focus on our work. Being near the market means we can grab a quick bite nearby, which is handy when we’re working through lunch. We deal with various technology projects, and it’s usually a bit of a mix. One day we’re fixing one thing, the next day we’re looking at something totally different. We don't have a strict hierarchy here. Everyone just chips in where they can. It’s a bit cluttered in the office with old components and stacks of paper, but we know where everything is. We don't spend money on fancy decor because that wouldn't help us do our jobs any better. People around Old Faridabad know us as the guys who stay late and don't make a big deal out of things. We just provide what’s needed and keep moving forward. It’s simple, it’s local, and it works for us and the people we help.
