Convison Infotech is situated in Ballabgarh, over in Bhagat Singh Colony. We are actually located care of Rajender Singh's place. It’s a bit of a local landmark in this part of Faridabad. The office isn't anything fancy, just a room where we can sit down and get our IT work done without too many distractions. Being in a colony like this, you get to know the neighbors and the local shopkeepers pretty well. We usually start the day with some tea and a quick chat about what needs to be finished. The work is mostly technical, dealing with software and info systems. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up a project, and the streets outside get real quiet. Haryana gets pretty hot, so we rely on the coolers to stay productive during the afternoon slump. We don't have any big corporate banners or slick marketing materials hanging up. It’s just a bunch of people working on computers in a regular building. Most of us have been around Ballabgarh for years, so we like being based here. It saves us from a long commute into the bigger city centers. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep things moving for the people who hire us. It’s honest work and a simple setup for the whole team. It works for us and we keep going.
