Congton Technologies Private Limited

Our place, Congton Technologies, is located over at Agwanpur A-1, specifically in the Roshan Nagar area of Faridabad. It is a bit of a trek for some of the guys coming from the other side of town, but it works for us. The office is pretty basic. We have some desks, a few chairs that have seen better days, and a lot of cables running along the walls. Being in Roshan Nagar means we’re right in the thick of the local neighborhood life. You can hear the sounds of the street while we are trying to code or fix technical issues. It’s not the quietest environment, but it has its own rhythm. We spend a lot of time on our computers, checking logs and making sure the systems we manage are doing what they should. There is no reception desk or anyone to greet you; we are usually too busy looking at our monitors. We share the work pretty evenly. If someone gets stuck, we just lean over and ask for help. It’s a practical way to run things. We go out for a walk sometimes in the afternoon just to stretch our legs. The 121013 pin code area has its charm, even if it gets dusty in the summer. We are just a small team trying to make things work. It is not fancy, but we get the job done.
