Our setup is located at C-19 in the Dayal Bagh Colony of Faridabad, over in Haryana. It’s a quiet residential area, which is good because it keeps the noise down while we’re trying to work. We’ve been operating out of this house for a while now. It’s mostly software development and troubleshooting that we do here. The rooms are filled with old desks and a lot of tangled cables that we keep meaning to organize. We don't have a fancy reception or a polished floor. It’s more of a place where you can just show up in your regular clothes and get to work. Most of the staff lives nearby in Faridabad or commutes from the outskirts of Delhi. The commute isn’t too bad if you time it right. We have a small kitchen area where we make tea and keep some snacks. It’s a very informal atmosphere. Sometimes we sit on the terrace in the winters when the sun is out to get some warmth while we discuss project updates. We don't have a big corporate structure. If someone has a problem, they just shout across the room to ask for help. It’s worked for us so far. We handle our clients directly and don't spend much time on fancy brochures. We just focus on writing the software and making sure it doesn't crash. It’s a basic, honest way of doing business in a local neighborhood.
