Cctv Zone is located right near Agra Chowk in Panchwati Colony. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re familiar with the colony. We’ve been here for a good bit now, setting up cameras and fixing recording systems for people around the neighborhood. The shop isn't very big, mostly just shelves full of boxes, cables, and different lenses. We spend a lot of time climbing ladders or staring at screens to make sure the angles are right. It’s technical work but we try to explain it to people without using too many big words. Most folks just want to know they can see their front gate on their phone. We don't have a fancy showroom. Usually, we just show people how the cameras work right there on our own monitor behind the counter. It gets a bit messy with all the wire scraps on the floor, but we sweep up at the end of the day. Being near the chowk means there's always noise from the traffic, but it brings people in. We aren't a big chain or anything, just a local shop that knows a thing or two about security cameras. If a system glitches, people just walk over and tell us, and we go take a look. It's a simple way of doing business and it seems to work for everyone in Panchwati.
