Bhawani Machine Tools

You can find us on the second floor of Shipra Mall, specifically at Shop Number 29, 30, and 31. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a machine tool shop, being inside a mall near the Moti Mahal Delux, but it works for us. We have three shops joined together to fit all the heavy equipment and displays. It’s much cleaner here than the old street-side workshops, which is a nice change for our lungs. People coming to the mall for movies or food sometimes peek in and look confused seeing industrial tools, but our real customers know exactly where to go. We spend a lot of time on the phone talking to suppliers or explaining how a specific lathe attachment works. The lighting is bright and it’s a lot quieter than being out on the main road in Indirapuram. We keep a kettle in the back for making coffee when it gets slow. It’s just a few of us running the place. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just sell the tools and try to make sure we have what people are asking for. Sometimes the mall security gets annoyed when we move heavy crates in the service lift, but we manage somehow. It’s a decent place to spend the day working and we've been here for several years now.
