We are based over at number 143 in Sector 37. This Bharti Airtel branch isn't like the big corporate headquarters you see on TV. It’s a local spot where we deal with the everyday stuff like SIM cards, bill payments, and people complaining about their internet connection. Sector 37 is a busy area, and there’s always someone coming through the door with a phone in their hand looking frustrated. The office is pretty simple, with a few desks and some chairs that have been sat in by a lot of different people. We spend a lot of time looking at screens and trying to find out why a signal is weak in a certain neighborhood. It’s not always exciting, and sometimes the system is slow, which makes the wait times longer. We try to keep things moving, but it’s just a few of us here. Outside, the street is usually full of parked cars and people heading to the nearby shops. We’ve been at this 143 address for quite some time, so the locals know us well. It’s just about getting the paperwork done and helping someone get their phone working again. There’s a lot of talking and a lot of explaining how plans work. We don't have any fancy bells or whistles, just a regular workplace in a busy part of Faridabad. We just show up every day and do what needs doing for the people in Sector 37.
